Terms and Conditions
At Loyalwill Canine Hydrotherapy Centre each patient is treated with the utmost respect and our full care and attention is given during each session however, please be advised that the sessions are taken at the owner's risk. Loyalwill Canine Hydrotherapy Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any person or animal whilst at the Centre howsoever caused. Please note you are entering a wet environment so we do strongly suggest that you wear shoes with a non slip sole. The floor in the pool area does become very wet and may become slippery.
Patients cannot be treated without the prior authority of their Veterinary Surgeon. Please see a referral form which is under the Services page.
For hygiene reasons please do not bring the patient for treatment if they have eye or ear discharge, gastric upset, skin infections or any other infectious conditions as it would not be prudent to proceed with their treatment until the condition has healed. It is recommended you cancel with at least 24 hours notice otherwise the usual cancellation charges will apply. Please note that in addition to the above all patients must be up to date with their flea and worm treatment and vaccinations prior to their visit to the centre. The patient's vaccination certificate will need to be presented. Bitches in season will not be swum until their season has finished.
As an owner it is your responsibility to advise us of any changes noted to the condition of the patient during and after any course of treatment along with any changes that have been noted between treatments in general. It is also the owner's responsibility to let Steph Wills know if the condition has worsened and the Vet has advised that all hydrotherapy sessions are stopped.
Please do not feed your pet for at least 3 hours prior to treatment.
We would kindly ask that you take the patient for a short walk prior to the session so that they may relieve themselves ensuring that all waste is picked and deposited in the nearest suitable bin. Please ensure that the patient (if a dog) is kept on a lead at all times unless instructed by the Hydrotherapist. A surcharge of £50 will be levied for any patient that fouls in the pool, as the pool will then need to be closed for cleaning.
During the hydrotherapy session photographs and video footage may be taken to assess the development of the patient and used on social media and the website. Loyalwill Canine Hydrotherapy reserve the right to use this material. Please advise the Hydrotherapist if you do not wish the footage to be used.
Full payment must be made at the time of the session unless you are paying for a course of treatment which must be paid in advance and any cancellations of less than 24hrs may still be charged. Late arrivals for sessions may not be seen due to time restrictions and may have to be rescheduled for a later date but may still be charged.
Do not feed the patient for 2 hours after treatment. Following treatment please ensure that the patient is kept warm and dry and is allowed to rest however please ensure that they do move around so as not to seize up.
Loyalwill Canine Hydrotherapy Centre will not be held responsible for any personal or vehicle damage or loss to property whilst in or outside our premises.
