Welcome to Loyalwill Canine Hydrotherapy Centre where your pet comes first. We are a member of the Canine Hydrotherapy Association and proud to represent Canine Hydrotherapy in Northamptonshire. A little about me and my thoughts on Hydrotherapy....... When I was a teenager my dad used to have Racing Greyhounds who had Hydrotherapy treatment as a form of fitness training along with rehabilitation after any injuries, I used to love watching them and the results it had. Many years later my husband got a Labrador who refused to swim. We took the decision to take her for Hydrotherapy sessions to build her confidence and now she is a very competent swimmer and will happily go into water. Having a massive regard for the effects of Canine Hydrotherapy and water therapy for dogs, I decided to take the course and qualify as a Small Animal Hydrotherapist and here I am! I believe that hydrotherapy for dogs is an amazing treatment which can help with so many things; fitness, weight loss and as part of an ongoing rehabilitation program. At Loyalwill Canine Hydrotherapy Centre we recommend:-
Easidry towels to dry your dog after swimming, these are fabulous and work a treat. I have never been able to get as much moisture out of a dog's coat with an ordinary towel. We are now stocking Dog and Field Toweling drying coats. These are great to pop on your dog after they have been swimming, out working or just after a wet walk. These coats help to absorb the moisture from the dog's fur and are also water repellent. |
